Dr. Nimitha
Specialist Psychiatrist
Dr Nimitha is a DHA-licensed Specialist Psychiatrist with over 10 years of clinical experience. She earned her MBBS from Calicut University, India in 2011 and then completed a one-year internship at Amala Institute of Medical Sciences in 2012. In addition, she received her MD in Psychiatry from Kerala University in 2018.
Dr. Nimitha also passed the National Board of Examinations in DNB (Psychiatry) in 2019. In 2021, she earned her DM in Geriatric Mental Health from King George Medical University in Lucknow. Apart from that, she earned a Fellowship in Psychosexual Medicine at JSS Medical College in Karnataka, India. She has also obtained special training in child and adolescent psychiatry, addiction medicine, and behavioral treatment from the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences in Bangalore. She graduated from CMC, Vellore with a Post Graduate Diploma in Geriatric Medicine in 2019.
